تعهدنامه حقوقی و محرمانگی

  1. اطلاعات کاربران، تراکنش‌ها و هر داده محرمانه Finexora Pay را به هیچ شخص یا نهاد ثالثی افشا نمی‌کنم؛ این تعهد پس از پایان همکاری نیز پابرجاست.
  2. هیچ دسترسی به دارایی، کیف پول، حساب یا وجوه کاربران یا شرکت درخواست نمی‌کنم و برای به‌دست‌آوردن آن تلاش نمی‌کنم. نقش پشتیبانی شامل اختیار برداشت یا انتقال دارایی نیست.
  3. اطلاعات واردشده صحیح و متعلق به خودم است و عکس سلفی ارسالی، تصویر واقعی خودم است.
  4. با نگهداری و بررسی اطلاعات و عکس سلفی‌ام صرفاً برای فرایند استخدام موافقم و می‌دانم می‌توانم درخواست حذف آن‌ها را بدهم.
  5. نقض این تعهدات می‌تواند به قطع همکاری و پیگیری حقوقی طبق قوانین مربوط منجر شود.

Legal and Confidentiality Pledge

  1. I will not disclose user information, transactions or any confidential Finexora Pay data to any third party. This obligation continues after my engagement ends.
  2. I will not request, or attempt to obtain, access to any assets, wallets, accounts or funds of users or the company. The support role carries no authority to withdraw or transfer assets.
  3. The information I provide is true and mine, and the selfie I submit is a real photo of me.
  4. I agree that my data and selfie are stored and reviewed solely for the hiring process, and I understand I may request their deletion.
  5. Breach of these obligations may lead to termination and legal action under applicable law.
